SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

• If there is damage to your shipment, please contact us immediately and we will expedite replacements. Please retain the original packing material and await instruction. We will replace your product(s) as required.
• If you are returning products to us, we will send you a pre-paid mailing label w/ tracking. This USPS label is free for exchanges, store credit, or refunds. Coda Evolution can not be responsible for lost shipments, but we do offer delivery insurance for a nominal fee. We process returns as fast as possible. If your return or refund has not posted, please let us know and we will try to expedite the process!
• PLEASE do not mail your return without the pre-paid mailing label. Returns to any other address will encounter processing delays and expense because we have to send the item(s) to our returns center.
• Gift Certificates can not be refunded. However, purchases made by redeeming a Gift Certificate will have the same unconditional 60-day satisfaction guarantee - in the case of a return from a Gift Certificate purchase, we will issue store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card.
