If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within the first 60 days, we will offer an exchange, or refund (your choice).

If there is damage to your shipment, please contact us immediately and we will expedite replacements. Please retain the original packing material and await instruction. We will replace your product(s) as required.

If you are returning products to us, we will send you a pre-paid mailing label w/ tracking. This USPS label is free for exchanges, store credit, or refunds. Coda Evolution can not be responsible for lost shipments, but we do offer delivery insurance for a nominal fee. We process returns as fast as possible. If your return or refund has not posted, please let us know and we will try to expedite the process!

PLEASE do not mail your return without the pre-paid mailing label. Returns to any other address will encounter processing delays and expense because we have to send the item(s) to our returns center.

Gift Certificates can not be refunded. However, purchases made by redeeming a Gift Certificate will have the same unconditional

60-day satisfaction guarantee - in the case of a return from a Gift Certificate purchase, we will issue store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card.
